Manager and founder of SALICH. He studied Technical Architecture and the degree of Building Engineer in addition to Project Management studies.

With over 20 years working in companies related to the world of construction decides to take on the challenge of founding SALICH, multidisciplinary company that focuses all its know-how on project management, both in the design from its initial phases as in the development of the execution in all the stages of the same.

Industrial Engineer by the UPC and a Quality Control Technician (CECOT). He specialized in activity projects and project management. Among the projects in which he has intervened, the construction and installation management of the new VIPS premises in the Fan Center, the new Pivita ship in the Son Bugadellas estate, are worth mentioning.

He studied at the UPC, specializing in the construction branch.

Some of the projects that stand out from the many in which he has participated as an engineer in his previous stage in DIC INOX SL are the modernization of the collection booths in the toll network managed by Abertis as well as the design and manufacture of cryogenic freezing tunnels used in the food industry, made for the multinational AIR PRODUCTS.

She has extensive knowledge in the drafting of Health and Safety projects and studies, as well as in negotiations with the administration, processing of building licenses and activities.

She combines her ability for teamwork with her excellent customer service. She is fluent in English and has knowledge of German and Italian.

Associated Architect. Graduated from ETSAB, he has received several awards and selections both in the Premis d'Arquitectura de Mallorca and by the Palma City Council, the Balearic Housing Institute and the COAIB. We should also highlight the publication of their works in the Casa Viva magazine, the Higher Council of Architects of Spain and the magazine of the Balearic College of Architects.

His works include the Museu de la Joguina de Sa Pobla and numerous single-family homes, premises and other interventions.

Technical architect

Associated Technical Arquitect. He is proficient in multiple computer applications related to design and architecture, including 3D infographics for architecture and interior design.

He obtained the 1st Prize for the best end-of-degree project in Construction at the UIB and speaks 4 languages.
